Signing In
Logging In to Cott E-Filing
There are two login paths depending on your role:
Attorneys & Public (Filers)
- From the homepage, click Sign In and select Attorney / Public.
- Sign in with email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in.
- You will be taken to the Filer Dashboard.
Court Staff (Clerks, Judges, Admins)
- From the homepage, click Sign In and select Court Staff.
- Sign in with email and password only (social login is not available for court staff).
- You will be taken to the Queue Board (clerks) or Admin Panel (admins).

Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password:
- Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for a message from Cott E-Filing. The reset link expires in 1 hour.
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't receive it, contact your court's e-filing administrator.

Don't Have an Account?
Click Don't have an account? Register on the sign-in page, or see Creating Your Account for step-by-step instructions.
Signing Out
To sign out, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of any page and select Sign Out. Always sign out when using a shared or public computer.
